ABOUT THE CO-FOUNDER

Heather Wright, Ph.D. is a consultant, facilitator, researcher, and keynote speaker who works with individuals and organizations to strengthen learning, engagement, and stories of impact.

Heather Wright, Ph.D. is a consultant, facilitator, researcher, and keynote speaker who works with individuals and organizations to strengthen learning, engagement, and stories of impact. Her work has included leading center- and institution-level learning initiatives; designing and facilitating faculty, staff, and community-facing professional development; building evaluation and assessment systems to inform real-world decision-making; and mentoring students, fellows, and project teams engaged in applied research and creative practice.

Dr. Wright brings more than fifteen years of experience in program design,  facilitation, and evaluation practices to help leaders and project teams address complex challenges related to pedagogy, program effectiveness, and organizational decision-making. She is the co-editor of two books on community-engaged learning and digital storytelling, published under her former name, Heather Pleasants, with Palgrave Macmillan and Peter Lang.
